What to settle before an all-rounder starts
Two lists, not one
Cooking tasks on one side, cleaning on the other, each written out. Anything not on a list is a new conversation and, usually, new money.
The shape of the day
Most all-rounders work a split day around meals with a real break in the afternoon. Agree the break. A day with no gap is why people leave.
