Why we built Sevetu
Hiring help for your home — someone to cook, clean, care for your child or your parents — is one of the most trust-dependent decisions a family makes. Yet it usually happens through word of mouth or opaque agents, with no real verification and often a hefty commission. We built Sevetu to change that: a place where households and domestic professionals connect directly, safely and transparently.
For workers, the old system means handing an agent a slice of hard-earned wages. On Sevetu, professionals get verified once, apply to jobs for free, and keep 100% of the salary they agree with the family. It's our way of making domestic work more dignified — and hiring more trustworthy — for everyone.
