What Sevetu actually is
Sevetu is a hiring marketplace, not a cleaning service. You post what you need, people who do that work apply, and you choose — the same way hiring works everywhere else, except that this is one of the few jobs in India where it normally does not.
The usual route is a broker with a phone full of numbers, a placement fee of about a month’s salary, and a stranger starting on Monday with nothing checked and nothing written down. Sevetu replaces all three parts of that: an identity-verified profile before you speak to anyone, a conversation before you commit, and the salary, hours and weekly off recorded in a digital work agreement you both accept.
