Hiring home help in Bellandur
Bellandur is an Outer Ring Road tech belt with a heavy concentration of large apartment societies. Hiring here works the way it does across Bangalore: someone in the building knows someone, a number gets passed along, and a stranger starts work on Monday with nothing checked and nothing written down.
Whether you find someone through the building, a broker or here, the same three things decide whether it lasts: can they reach Bellandur at the same time every day, do you actually agree on the work, and is any of it written down. Most Bengaluru households say maid or house help; Kannada-speaking homes often say kelasadavaru. Sevetu handles the third, and shows you an ID-verified profile before the first conversation.
What hiring in Bellandur is actually like
Bellandur is dominated by very large societies, some with several thousand flats. Inside one, a part-time helper can work six or eight homes without ever leaving the gate, which makes her round tight and efficient, and makes the morning slots inside a popular complex genuinely scarce. Full-time roles compete against that convenience.
If you are flexible by half an hour you will find someone far faster than if you raise the pay. And if you have just moved in, ask at the gate or in the society group before searching wider; the help already working your tower is the shortest path there is.
Areas near Bellandur
Helpers rarely work one street only. Bellandur borders Sarjapur Road, Marathahalli, HSR Layout, Kadubeesanahalli. Widening your post to the neighbouring areas is usually the difference between three applicants and thirty.

The practical part
Verification
Sevetu runs an Aadhaar-based identity (KYC) check. It is not a police check, and we will never call it one. Karnataka State Police runs the Police Verification Certificate for domestic servants and housekeeping if you want one. How to arrange it in Bangalore →
What it costs
No commission, from either side. We publish no salary table for Bellandur: pay for domestic work settles street by street, and a number we invented would only mislead you.

Post the job with Bellandur as your locality rather than just "Bangalore", and add the part of it you are in. Helpers here work a tight radius. Most of the people who will apply already work Sarjapur Road, Marathahalli or the streets between. Fewer applicants, far more who can actually reach you.
Bellandur borders Sarjapur Road, Marathahalli, HSR Layout, Kadubeesanahalli. Helpers commonly work across two or three adjacent areas, so saying in your post that you are flexible about which side someone comes from will widen the response more than raising the pay does.
Bellandur is an Outer Ring Road tech belt with a heavy concentration of large apartment societies. That decides the practical things: who is nearby, how they get to you, and whether the going rate is set by a society chart or by what the street pays.

Mostly some combination of Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and English. Applicants list theirs, and it is worth filtering on: a household where instructions land first time is the one where the arrangement lasts.
